Fletcher's Tire and Auto Service

Now that Troy is back at the Ocotillo location I feel comfortable bringing my cars back in. He is always knowledgeable and professional. Even when very busy, Troy tries to fit you in and get you back on the road safely.

Guys recognized that I understood replacing brakes so the technician showed me on the vehicle what should be done. I appreciate their showing me vs just telling me.

Went in with Groupon for $49 alignment and was walking out half an hou r later.

I had a flat tire and I took my car into Fletcher's in Chandler and Jason got me a new tire and was done in the same day great service

My wife and I got a quote to put new shocks and struts on her car. I called Troy, at Fletcher's Tire & Auto Service to get a 2nd opinion. I didn't tell him the amount of the original first quote we received, I just asked him for the quote to have the struts and shocks replaced. Troy quickly got back to me with his quote and I was amazed at the difference between his and the original quote we had been given. My wife and I decided to drive 28 miles from our home to Troy's shop to have the work done because not only was his price cheaper, but I also trust Troy and knew he would make sure the work was done right, with the right parts and equipment. After dropping off our car, I got a call from Pete, at Fletcher's, and he said they had found additional parts that needed to be replaced during the installation process and quoted me the price for the new parts. Both the strut mounts were cracked on my wife's car, which is very dangerous, and I was happy to have them replaced as well as the new struts and shocks. Troy called us after the work was competed, like he said he would. When my wife and I picked up her car, Troy and Pete had saved the broken parts to show us, so we could see for ourselves that they had to be replaced. The original service center is less than 1 mile from our home, but we were happy to drive an additional 27 miles (one way) and will again, in order to receive the service we got at Fletcher's Tire & Auto Service. Thanks for a job well done and service we can trust to both Troy and Pete.

My car had a problem that only occurs when it gets hot. I took it to these guys and they replaced a random part and charged me $300. Sure enough, next time it got hot the problem returned. I guess that's what I get for taking my car to a tire and lube place.

Had an alignment and oil change done for a good price, with good service. No bs. :)
