We went and purchased an adjustable base with mattress, a nice sofa and recliner, we were told that we would have it by the 17th of November and the office would call us and keep us updated. This did not happen and when I called them the office did not even know about our order she had to look for it. Then they set delivery up for Saturday the 18th so we had made arrangements to have everything out and ready for Saturday. They called us after 4:00pm on Friday and said they were going to deliver it then. My husband was doing some work for our church so I had to get things ready and I have 4 broken ribs and a cracked sternum, however I got things ready and they showed up after 7:00pm and only had the base and mattress. One of the delivery persons was not fit to be delivering furniture to anyone he could not speak and he must up been ADHA because he could no control himself. He knocked a special picture frame off our wall and laughed about it. I call to talk to the store manager and all he had to say was he was sorry and it was not a real apology you could hear it in his voice. He said it because it was what he was to say. I will never buy furniture from them again because they are not forthcoming and they don’t follow through with what they say they will do.

Walked into a huge showroom with an array of beautiful furniture. The sales guy was informative and let me browse the whole store. He helped me customize my sectional and now that it's been delivered it fits perfect looks great, and I know it's quality. Great experience. Thanks guys!

IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I was totally taken advantage of. The salesperson lied to us about the payments needed to pay it off in 18 months. She pushed for us to buy more expensive items to push up her commission knowing I couldn't afford it. She gave us the minimum amount needed to pay instead of the pay off amount in 18 months. When my dad tried to cancel or modify the contract, we were told we couldn't. He went back the next day. Don't ever shop there unless you want to be RIPPED OFF!

I have been shopping for a couch for about a week I was trying to decide between a couch at American Furniture Gallery and Mor Furniture. I walked into American Furn. Gal. to compare the color of the couch with a personal item and the manager (possibly the owner he would not tell me) of the store, I did not catch his name he was the short Asian with glasses came up to me and started yelling at me that he was not going to give me the deal I wanted which I said nothing about then accused me of tearing off a tag which was already disconnected and kick me out of the store. I was appalled by his representation and feel terrible for the company because they have somebody that has NO customer service skills working for them. I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. I found the same couch at Molino Home Furnishings for less money and great customer service. The owner Steve was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for.
