        At first he seem honest but as...

        At first he seem honest but as 7 months went. Things seem shady. My car wasnt even finished. I had to make a lot of phone calls and email since i live over an hour away.

        He claims my car was ready, painted, 100% drivable and ready to be driven home. He was supposely deliver the car and hasnt for months with a new excuses everytime. When I got fed up, i went to his shop. To my dismay. The car wasnt even done. The paint was horribly done. The alignment wasnt even set up. The timing was off and it could barely stay running. The oil was leaking and the power pump was leaking since it was been sitting. I could go on. He even claim my car was dyno and print a dyno tune from the net. He did half of the thing I sign and agreee on. I still opt up and paid full. I would avoid this shop at all cost. He works alone. His home is messy. You can see it for yourself.

        what Mr. Frances fails to tell anyone is that what started out as a repaint turned into a budget resto.I ended up rebuilding his rear front suspension work, frame rail connectors maf conversion, intake swap. it was given a drag race alighnment which is what he wanted. Lets talk about payment now I did extensive body work anyone can go to my facebook and see what i had to do to the cowl and roof (60+ hours) a 1000.00$ down and 600.00 plus parts when finished. this boy never brought me my parts I helped him load the car just to see him take it with out paying the balance plus he stole a vin and title for another mustang.the reason for him giving me a bad review is after I got burnt by him I held his buddy's car till payment was made which was a month of me storing the car. I have been in business for over three years and have a long list of satisfied repeating customers. dealing with this person was a lesson learned. as far as the finish went all it needed was a few spots wet sanded and buffed the reason it didn't get done is because I didn't get paid
