Chambersburg City Cab

This guy needs to hang it up and not promote himself as a taxi service because he's doing no favors by not showing up. Ever.

Poor communication, rude, never showed.
I waited for over an hour to be picked up. Astonishingly poor service!

called twice and it went to a mailbox that was full. on third try, i got someone, however, when i asked for a per mile rate, i was hung up on. tried calling back, no one would pick up, back to full mailbox. i called again about 45 minutes later, picked up by the same person and again was hung up on when i asked the per mile rate. too leerily of taxi company that cannot give you that information.



this is the only cab service available in chambersburg, and it appears that they are aware of this with the way they treat you as a customer.

I called In and asked for rates. The person who answered the phone was not easy to understand and I was hung up on for asking rates.

Very bad and rude

I wanted to go to airport and I called this taxi and no one told me about rates. I called taxi before 2 hrs of departure and someone came and asked for 200$ flat rate. This was ridiculously large fare for a distance from my place. I had no choice, couldn't contact another taxi because of time constraints. So I was cheated for big amount. Taxi driver didn't follow pickup address and when called he talked rudely.

I called and asked for an estimate and was told but it was not possible to get one. when I asked the speaker how much he charge per mile, he hung up on me.

My wife and sister missed work when our car broke down and we made an appointment the day before. Never showed up not so much as a call.
