Family Medicine of Clifton/Centreville, An Inova Partner

My kids have been going to this practice for several years now and today was the last straw. It seems that every time we have an appointment to see them, they always have a poor excuse for the extremely long wait period and poor customer service. I understand that unexpected things happen, but it's no excuse for the lack of communication and courtesy to let you know that it's going to be awhile before a doctor sees you, especially if the staff knows that it's going to be longer than an hour. It's really a combination of several things - lack of professionalism, communication, courtesy, and, at times, common sense. I highly suggest trying a different practice.
