        General Info
        I use an integrative approach to massage therapy. Some of the modalities I use are: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Muscle Release Technique SM, Myofascial Mobilization. I also do LaStone Therapy which is a hot stone massage with the alternate use of cold stones.
