Mandee Shops

I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to shop at this store or any other location for that matter. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had an issue recently and when I called customer service there is literally only one woman working in the customer service office that is listed under CONTACT US at Mandee.com. I left a message and of course no surprise she never called back. I have been a loyal customer for many years, well no more, credit card is closed and off to shopping at bigger and better companies, they are out there folks TRUST ME!!! ALSO BIG FYI, YOU WILL NO LONGER GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!! If you make a purchase, it can only be exchanged and or you will receive store credit, so if you bought someone a gift and need to return it, your out of luck!!! And one more thing ... the clothes are not what they use to be as well as the shoes, I bought my niece boots, within two months they fell apart, also my sweater I purchased started falling apart after three weeks of purchase. Needless to say I'm done. Save yourself the aggravation people.
