Markus was super friendly, patient and helpful; we asked a lot of questions since we’ve never owned a hot tub and he was able to answer most everything- anything he was unsure of, he called the owner to find out..:highly recommend Wellis and ask for Markus!

Currently have a Wellis Brand Hot tub and I use it everyday, sometimes twice a day. I enjoy the power, hydrotherapy, lighting, music and overall appearance. It connects to my phone to check on the status when I'm in Florida for the winter. It's also a rental property when I'm gone. Going to buy a second one soon. Staff is freindly,, very helpful and knowledgeable. I have had several hig tubs in my past several years and have to say. The best yet. I have the Monte Blanc open setting with r pumps. It rocks. When I had a major wind storm and it blew the cover off and tons of debris was inside, they emptied and cleaned and got it up and running again before the cold weather hit.
