Awful. Do not use this company! Scheduled a full house cleaning (1800sq ft) for 3 hours just before we go on vacation so we would have a spotless clean house to come home to. 1 person showed up and spent 45 minutes in the upstairs bathroom, then somebody dropped off another cleaner. Being able to hear their conversation the first cleaner asked the other if she had cleaned houses before, her response was " not other people's houses" and proceed to clean the other bathroom for the rest of the 45 minutes. Never once did they come to the main level, nothing was cleaned, swept, dusted, straightened, only the two upstairs bathrooms were touched. The quality of work done was what I could have done myself in about 5-10 minutes that being both bathrooms. Didn't touch the rooms, floors and so on. The only plus side was they were in such a rush to slip out at 90 minutes they didn't grab the $250 check that was laid out for them. Had they been near the kitchen they would have seen that sitting on the table. They also left a bottle of their cleaner and a broom. So to sum up: $250 full 3 hour house cleaning turned into a free 90 minute pathetic upstairs bathroom cleaning. The only reason our house is clean now is because my wife with the help of our 3&4 year old had to clean everything. They are worthless, and pretty much a scam. I wish zero stars could be given but I'm forced to give one, they didn't even earn that 1 star. Unbelievable.
I purchased a voucher for three 3 hour cleaning sessions for $314 on LivingSocial back in August. Veraclean showed up three hours late on the day of cleaning, only cleaned for four of the six hours promised and only cleaned 60% of my house. The next morning I found a bleach trail through the entire carpeted portion of my house with concentrated spill spots where the cleaner placed her bucket. Veraclean told me they would have zerorez remove the stains from my carpet. After numerous unanswered emails and calls to repair, veraclean is now claiming they will not be held responsible for the damage. Even if they had not ruined the carpet in my house they did a less than mediocre cleaning job and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay away from this company.

We have used various maid services or professional cleaning services and often we have had bad experiences, however I did feel very comfortable with Veraclean. Their maids are professional and I don't have to worry if something is going to go missing in my home like I have with others.
