As you will read on the other reviews this is not a company that follows through with promises that are made. My experience with them is not as extensive and that I guess is a blessing. Originally called Scott to come give me a consultation on a project for my house and we scheduled a meeting. On the day of the meeting I called to confirm our meeting and he confirmed the meeting was still a go. 1 hour before the meeting Scott calls and cancels the meeting. For some reason I decided to give them a second chance a few months later and scheduled a meeting with a lady. Today was supposed to be our meeting 3:30 came and went with no one showing or calling. I called the lady back and was informed she was on a plane and that Scott was supposed to have called and cancelled with me. No reason as to why they needed to cancel either. They did not even try and fix their wrong. I would not recommend doing business with this company as if they start by not keeping promises you can assure they will not keep promises until the end. Make sure to read the negative reviews on other sites.

I would be very careful before entering a costly relationship with this organization. There business practices left me in tears more than once, while bully tactics, and complete unprofessionalism provided us with 8 months of misery. The only exception was a hard working supervisor on our project who's hands were tied by the shady dealings of the organization. They will promise you the world, but it will cost you in more ways than money

After years and years of struggling to form a good relationship with a local contractor we have finally found the one! We, just like every other family it seems, have had simple projects around the house turn into nightmares for numerous reasons. It seems as if every contractor we hired either threw in hidden costs, changed the design mid project, was unorganized had no supervision, etc. We finally decided that we hope to not move anymore and to take the plunge and really invest in an outdoor living space. We researched online a bunch of different company websites and checked the BBB until we narrowed our search to four companies. We met with all four and Colorado Creations, Inc. was the leader right off the bat. Jamie, the salesman and designer, was punctual to our very first meeting and was outstanding with suggestions when it came to materials and most importantly, design. He had a proposal back to us within the time frame he said which was a first for us in dealing with contractors. We wanted to tweak a few design elements which he showed great patience in and returned the new design and numbers within a few days. Again, very professional. We felt it was only fair to still meet with the other companies, but at the end, it was crystal clear that we wanted to work with Jamie and his team. We had a pre-construction meeting with Jamie, the owner, the supervisor and the team that would be working on our project and went thru the entire build process. They answered all my questions and a week later they started construction. I must say, the entire process was seamless with great, open communication and workmanship. Jamie checked in with phone calls and emails throughout the process. Aaron, the supervisor, was on-site often and answered any questions as well. The crew put in full days or hard work, was more than courteous the whole time and kept the area spotless which means a lot when you have little ones running around. In the end we got what we wanted and more. My husband and I almost never take the time to write reviews but after such a long struggle to find a worthy company, we feel it's the least we can do to try and help out others that have gone thru the same thing. We hired this company based on design and competitive pricing. The project went downhill from there. An original estimate of 8-10 weeks turned into more than 6 months until completion. They made numerous mistakes due to poor planning, carelessness and poor supervision. Our concrete pad was poured incorrectly, the framing was then halfway completed in the incorrect location on the pad, supplies were not ordered in advance resulting in delays, trenches dug in a haphazard fashion (and in the wrong location so that another trench was required...through our existing landscaping), unexplained passage of many days without activity (until we called to see what was going on), and more. Scott, the owner, acknowledged how poorly handled our project was, but did little to remedy it. He offered to do some additional painting to show his goodwill and this was never completed. They destroyed portions of our landscaping that should not have been affected by the new deck. We withheld less than 2.5% of our total deck cost to cover the landscaping repair. Scott refused to accept this (even though we paid more than this for the landscaping repair) and threatened us with his attorney. We feel very strongly that you will be taking a risk by hiring this company. Our review is not exaggerated. We rarely post reviews, but feel that these issues are so egregious that we needed to make others aware.

We were amazed with the work that Colorado Creations did. Their portfolio of work is extensive, and that's why we chose them. But the deck that they created for us far exceed our expectations. Thanks to Scott and the team for all your hard work. BBQ's this summer are going to be great!Cheers!

Wow what a job we got with Colorado Creations they were just fantastic. The quality and workmanship was more than we could have hoped for, not to mention that there service was outstanding. We stated with what we thought we wanted and Jamies creativity and the crews workmanship ended up giving more than I could have hoped for. Thank you so much. We can't wait until summer to start on our basement!
