I love this place they are always very happy and helpful when I come here.

My son entered on online contest for some goggles and was awarded the goggles due to the highest votes. The employees there made sure he got the goggles before his next race in Wausau. I sent them my address and the goggles along with a couple other goodies in the box. Top notch customer service!!!! Thanks again

Bad service department. Dont even know how to check and oil an air filter. All they care about is the sale. After they get your money good luck with any help. Had a poor running 2017 outlander that they "looked at" and said was "normall". Had it at another dealer for repair and they fixxed the problem.

Bad service department had my side by side for a month had fight with them to get covered under warranty when called to ask what was taking so long was told in the middle of summer there was two snowmobiles in front of me and I did not buy it from them.

I had a snowmobile helmet that broke last season, I brought it into Cedar Creek. They tried to repair the helmet, but it did not work and they ordered new parts. The parts were continually on back order and the week before Christmas the parts still did not arrive. This saga started in Oct. and now snowmobiling season is apon us. The wonderful parts guys Kevin and Derek worked their magic and gave me a replacement helmet! The service was excellent and I plan on buying a replacement sled from these guys also. Great service, kind, polite and respectful. Thanks!

After what I’ve been through, coming out of this mess with a very positive result just tells me the caliber of people that you all are….you should be PROUD!!!

Over all I am pretty happy with this place. First time in was to go wait with a friend while he got a tire for his bike. The service guys are really friendly. It didn't take them long at all. Even if it did I wouldn't have mind. There's tons of stuff to look at in the showroom. I could spend hours in there and have!

Their service department rocks- they were slammed on a Saturday but they squeezed my bike in for service. Very prompt, efficient, and friendly.

Bought a bike here and could not have been happier. Yeah, it might be a lil bit more pricey, but this is not the dealer that's going to randomly close their doors one day and leave you hanging...(it's happened to me). So what you pay for is what you get: excellent friendly service and a quality product.
