DAMAGES CARS - ZERO RESPONSIBILITY
The brushes and spray seem more aggressive than they used to be. A few weeks ago, I drove through and got what I thought was a normal wash. When I pulled in to parking spot to dry my car (because the towel dryers never actually dry your car), I noticed my wheels had been damaged. There were quarter sized chunks of paint blasted off my rims!

I filled out a damage report with the manager. He took photos and told me someone would contact me within a few business days. It's been nearly a month, and no one has contacted me.

I went back today to remove all the seasonal pollen from my car. I felt the same buffeting as I drove through. When I was drying my car, I found paint chips on my body and streaking, circular scratches on my headlights. I filled out another report with a new manager, but I'm not expecting anything.

This time, I won't be returning.
