Overall

Skip this place and go to the ER. Took my 2 yr old daughter with swollen hand and insect/spider bite. Doc looked at pics on my camera from earlier when I discovered the bites on her at pickup at daycare. He wasn't even going to look at her actual hand. He looked and said, "Yep, I don't know." With no instruction//direction, I asked if I should keep giving her Benadryl, he said, "You could." I asked if I should give her Tylenol and he said, "If you want to." He went to put a dry bandaid back on her and I asked him if he should put hydrocortisone cream on there first?? He left and came back with ointment on it. This place was of no help at all. Waste of time and copay. I'll be taking my daughter to the regular pediatrician in the morning and will be contacting MedSpring for a refund.

Overall

When you aren't feeling good you want to have someone take care of you like MedSpring did for me. The reception was super friendly and the waiting room with the drinks and snacks is really inviting. Not that there was any wait at all for me. The patient rooms are also so well planned with a comfortable couch and a tv with remote. They also have a small table to keep the kids busy with coloring and other activities. I can't even express how thankful I am for the care. Thank you MedSpring!
