I have been to this place twice and will never go back, the first time I went in for a oil change because they sent me a coupon. It ended up being the most expensive oil change I have ever paid for! They even tried to tell me I needed to change just about every fluid in my car...which had been done very recently. They charge way too much in my opinion. The second time was for a state inspection, never ever go here for a state inspection. We tried to go 3 times and the inspector was always "out to lunch"...and when he finally was there they required new windshield wipers (the wipers were fine) so I said ok...then they tried to charge me $30 for windshield wipers!...never again...I've lived in Cedar Park for a long time and there are much better places to take your car for oil changes ( go to 10 min oil change on 1431 and Bell) and state inspection (go to Shades of Texas for inspection)...I would not even consider this place for any kind of repair.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! The manager is rude and will have no problem calling you a thief and a liar in front of anyone. If you feel like you need to have someone insult you and treat you like a piece of gum that got stuck to the bottom of your shoe then this is the place for you!

I have been taking my family's 3 cars to Kwik Kar for oil changes and repairs for the past 2 years. They do excellent work in a very professional manner. For my oil changes, I'm never there for more than 15 minutes. Highly recommend this place for your automotive needs.

My Daughter had her oil changed at KWIK KAR (CEDAR PARK LOCATION) and they broke oil sending unit installing the filter 30 miles later her engine threw a rod through the block. They will not tell me who their insurance company, nor what the owner's name is DO NOT USE this company, these are franchised companies individually owned and this one is not treating customers right and the .... I have ask the owner to have his Insurance company come look at the damage, He denied it and He replied that his insurance company stated that if I turned a claim in they would file charges for insurance fraud against me, are you kidding me? Like an insurance company would say that. Is that a Threat? I will find out meanwhile I am out $2000.00 + for and engine replacement. BAD BUSINESS !! You would think they would at least have their insurance company come look at the damages and determine to protect himself against a small claims suit. This is a local company that has been bought out by someone who does not care about customer service. I actually give NO stars I will never use them again.
