Wow what a place... Walked in looked around and made it toward the back. Where register was closed and not one but 4 employees were standing at the closed register. I ask one of them if the could check the price on a item. She promptly told me well it's 40 percent off. I said yes, but there is no price tag and it seemed it was maybe accidentally thrown in the clearance shelve. She rolled her eyes and proceeded to earn her money���� the attitude of her and the other three clowns... Sorry, employees at the counter was amazing. Found one good sale. All of this uninspiring generic clothing. Safe to say I won't be back. I can find grey black brown clothing just about anywhere.my advise; go to abochromi or American eagle where the employee if not sincere can at least fake it better. Their selection at least has more color better selection. Hands down better people. That to me translate to cooler people. Good by hollister I am sure my review means nothing since there are plenty of people drinking your cool aide. I will justake sure to info people not to go there

This store is run by very young adults, none of which actually understand the concept of "customer service." I recently bought 4 hoodie sweatshirts on sale from Hollister for christmas gifts. Two of the hoodies were not the correct size. When I attempted to take them back WITH receipt for an exchange, I was told that they were no longer on sale and I would have to pay additionally for each hoodie exchanged. When I explained that I didn't want any money back, just a different size, I was met with a stoic, uninterested face. The young girl said, "You either have to pay the difference or you can just keep them." Not that Hollister seems to care--but, they just lost a customer who like to shop. However, it won't be at Hollister's.
