My experience with dream cars austin was a good one, we were greeted by a very professional young man named Kyle Mills, he helped us get into our dream car.

Vince is really bad at his job and truly unprofessional, he spent more time calling and checking out the girl working behind him in he glass office. 638 credit score and money to put down to get the run around and not once was I asked what car I was looking at. It ended with me being asked to get a cosigner. Seriously, why claim something you don't do, with better credit I could go to a new lot for service. They sell you dreams but the experience is really a nightmare.

everyone there treated us with respect and did out of their way to get us into the vehicle we wanted. Jessa was awesome. She made things run so smooth. I always dreaded the all day car buying process but everyone there made it so comfortable that time flew by. If I needed another car I would go straight over to Dreams Cars Austin. My husband and I only came to get ideas and look over a handful of vans. Kevin was our sales man and was very helpful and even put up with my husband, when he asked him to sit in the back to see how many comfortably could fit in the back. We three crammed in the back. Thank you Kevin for saleing us a great van and putting up with our so many questions.

I had the pleasure of having James as my salesman. He got me a great deal on my 2013 Kia. I would recommend James to anyone, he's patient and hard working and will get you financed. He also keeps in contact with his customers, which is a big plus.

Let me just start by saying i was a little skeptical on stopping by after seeing the commercials on tv but I'm sure glad I did. I've had some credit issues after a recent divorce and these guys really worked for me to get the best deal. My salesman was Michael Wheeler who was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and truly concerned with helping me find the most practical vehicle for my situation. They had a large selection of vehicles from older high mileage to 2013's that looked brand new. Who knew this place could work such magic? 2 thumbs up!

A DEALER FOR THE PEOPLE??? Where to even start! Unfortunately I have to resort to this review to vent my frustration!!! Looking through all the positive reviews I can not help but wonder if everyone still feels that positive today. This was our second time at Dream Cars and I guess we should have learned from the first time. Almost the same exact thing happened to us this time, only on a much larger scale. With our last purchase they made good on the deal the following day and we just chalked it up to bad communication between the sales guy then and the finance manager...WELL this time the finance guys tried to throw our sales guy right under the bus. Let me just tell you a short version of what happened and what you should be aware of when buying from this place. My husband went in 2 days ago after work to get the ball rolling. I had to join him the following day since I needed to be on the loan as well. My husband TOLD them we would have our two kids and they assured him it should only take more than an hour. After 2hours and 55 minutes on sitting ALONE (we asked for our keys back 2 different times and they would say just a couple of more minutes) we were finally brought into the finance room only to be SHOCKED and APPALLED at what they tried to pull. Not only was the monthly payment $11 more a month they tried to add in 6 extra month to the financing terms. Needless to say it was not a pretty sight. They tried to say our deal was never on the table and said our sales guy backed that up...we asked to speak to our sales guy so he could say that to our face and of coarse he could not... He just wanted to sit us down and go through the whole thing again. No Way, by this time it was 9:00 PM which is already past our kids bed time. See they thought since it was late and with having our kids with us they could pull one over on us. Sorry guys we are that dumb! My advise is to READ the actual paper work...I understand it can be confusing to some, but do not sign what you are not clear on, they are counting on you being so excited about the car that you will just sign. Buyer BEWARE! To Bad Scott Elder and his "Dealer for the People" motto comes with fine print like everything else.

Went to Dream cars, with a not so great down payment and hopes of getting a great car. Derrick was our Car sales consultant and he was very honest and forthright with us from the very beginning, which we appreciated very, very much. He worked incredibly hard to get us into something we wanted, not once did he waste time or beat around the bush about anything. In the end, he got us into a pretty much brand new car with a great warranty. The sales manager Chris also helped us to work out a deal with payments that we could afford and he actually put us, the customer, before making money. I was amazed by that because most businesses are all about money and then about helping customers. Derrick and Chris were wonderful, the car they got us was amazing. I would recommend them to anybody without hesitation.

Just say NO! We bought a 2006 Nissan Xterra from these guys in January. One week after purchase the service engine soon light came on. They will not repair your vehicle at their cost! Our repair bill will be in excess of $1600.00. The service manager is rude and should not be allowed to work with the public. NO ONE at this place excepts responsibility for the LEMONS they sale.

THEY ARE VERY VERY PUSHY!! THEY SALESMAN & FINANCE MNGR CORNERED US IN THE OFFICE! THEY TRIED TO DO IN-HOUSE FINANCING AND THEY INTEREST WAS TOO HIGH! I HAVE GOOD CREDIT AND HAVE BEEN APPROVED FOR WAY LESS!! WE GOT APPROVES AT A C.U. FOR HALF THE INTEREST, AND DECIDED TO SIGN PAPERS, BUT THE MNGR TOLD US NOT TO COM IN THAT P.M. TO COME IN THE NEXT A.M. WE DID AND SAW THE TAHOE WE WERE ABOUT TO BUY, BEING TEST DRIVEN!! JUST SO HAPPENS THESE OTHER PEOPLE WERE ALREADY CLOSING THE DEAL AND ENDED UP GETTING IT!! THEN JOHN GARCIA THE FINANCE MNGR BLAMED IT ON US NOT COMING IN THE NIGHT BEFORE! IF THE MNGR WILL LIE TO YOU, AND THE FINANCE MNGR WON'T FIND YOU THE BEST DEAL FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY-- WOULD YOU WANT TO BUY A CAR FROM THEM? DIDN'T THINK SO!!
