1 Stop Tire and Automotive

Worst experience ever. I brought my car in to have my tires rotated and drove off the lot and immediately noticed my car started shaking. They had broken a lug stud off of my front passenger tire and told me that I was safe to drive on it. I called them and asked if I could bring it back to have the lugs tightened down on the tire and they said yes. They were very busy by the time I got back to the shop and it took them less then 5 min to tell me I was good to go and they had tightened down my lugs. The car was still shaking when I left and I called up there again and asked why it would be shaking. The Hispanic man that works there told me it was probably because they had broken off the lug stud and they were ordering me one but that I would be safe to drive on it for the next 2 weeks. Less than 1 week later I was driving home on highway 79 and the car started shaking even worse and before I could pull over my tire flew off of my car tearing off all lugs and studs with it and causing a lot of body damage to my car and almost totaling my car. I had my 5 yr old son in the back seat and we ended up almost flipping the car. Thank God we weren't hurt bad. I went back and spoke with Ken the owner the next day and told him what had happened. Ken got the man on the phone that rotated my tires initially and he stated while he was on speaker phone with me there that he didn't believe he tightened them down well and that my rim was not wallered out when he had taken it off of my car (but now it is). He took full responsibility for it. Ken fixed the lugs and lug studs on the tire that had come off but put the wrong size tire on my car the rim didn't even fit my car. They also looked over the car and broke off 2 more lug studs on my back 2 tires then told me the car was drivable again even though they told me there was some oil leaking on the drivers tire but it should be fine they said. Then I drove it off the lot and within 5 miles of driving it my drivers tire blew out. Now they are refusing to fix anything and I have had to claim it on my insurance and the insurance settlement to fix it was $2,650 and that doesn't even include the new tires that I need. Even though they are a tire shop Ken is refusing to help me replace the tires! Don't trust your car to them ever they do not know what they are doing!!!!!!!!!

If You want that personal touch lease are your people, there service is outstanding and there price are the best I have found. Very trust worthy, and wont feed you a line of bull. they are what they say they are.
