This office is very unprofessional. I went to my first appointment at 9:30 a.m. and they were late, and arrived about 20 minutes later. Also, they made me pay up front before I saw the doctor, even though I have insurance. Finally, I had a procedure and went back for my post-op appointment - Guess what? They were not there. No note on the door or anything and I waited 30 minutes and left. I could not believe it!! That was the final straw. I called later that day and the medical asisistant acted as if it was no big deal and said the doc had an emergency. I was thinking '"what about the staff?" I had to make appointment with another doctor. Will never go to this doc again. Although I do like Dr. Rodrigue, I do not like the way the office is ran.
