Lady Foot Locker

I wouldn't suggest for anyone to go to this location. A customer in front of me was trying to return a shoe and the manager refused by stating the shoe looked like it had been worn. The customer then placed the shoe she purchased against a display shoe and they look exactly the same. The manager couldn't even explain her reasoning. The manager treated her so bad and even talked about her after she left the store. I believe the manager and sales associate were racist. I didn't even think about purchasing my shoes after that for in fear the same thing could happen to me. The manager wasn't friendly and her attitude definitely showed that she didn't care about the customer or Lady's Footlocker reputation. Very unprofessional, I won't be returning. Now I see why Northpark no longer has a Lady Footlocker!
