Iowa Health System Urgent Care

went there twice and the second time was a mistake.... both times you could tell they just want to get you out of there... the first time i went in with a back injury they tested my reflexes in my knees and said there was nothing they could do for me. the second was for an ankle injury they said wasn't broken and did no other tests to check for muscle and ligament damage. a week later i still cant walk on it.. going to my family dr 2 hours away fro a second opinion... huge waste of time!

Be careful...no concern for privacy here. The computer screens are clearly visible from the exam table and physicians often refer to a screen that lists every person who has visited that day and their chief complaint! Support staff is cold, impersonal, and rude! But in a pinch, better than nothing.
