        Terrible Service Dept!!

        Do not use community Chevrolet cedar falls
        Terrible customer service
        Other Cadillac dealerships wash , vacuum car when they service vehicles they don't, unfriendly cashiers, spend time on the phone asking what u need done so when u take ur car in they don't even ask ur name they just have u re tell everything u already had to explain on the phone

        Probably a combined 7 th grade education out of all of their service employees and cashiers , oh u want to buy a car ? yeah if u buy from them they'll give a free cold pop . I can't even make this stuff up
