I have been going to this facility for several years. Excellent service. I've always had a great massage. When I have sore muscles I always head over there to get it worked out. I always leave there feeling great.

I have been coming here for more than 5 years and it is always good. Last fall they moved a couple doors down and now have more rooms for couples massage. The shop is always clean and the different girls all give a good massage. I hike a lot and often come in for help with muscle aches, but I have come in before hiking too. Highly recommended.

THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!

I received a gift card to this place for Christmas. The person who bought this gift card had never been here, but got it for me because it's right next to my house. I called to book an appointment and the lady on the phone wanted me to come in right then that very day, RED FLAG #1. I asked if I could come the next day. I was told I could choose any time I wanted, RED FLAG #2.

I arrive at my appointment 5 minutes early. The receptionist who only knows 5 words of English told me they "forgot" about my appointment and to come back in an hour, RED FLAG #3. I left and she chases me outside asking if I am going to come back in an hour or not, RED FLAG #4. At this point, I have the gift card already and I had a big day the next day, so I decided to call back and book the appointment for later that day.

I arrive at my appointment and the receptionist who previously said they "forgot" immediately walked me into a room. I changed out of my clothes and guess who walks in to do my massage? The receptionist! RED FLAG #5. She begins my massage without ever asking me what kind of massage I wanted. She is very rough and I asked her to be more gentle. Then she's too gentle so I ask her to be a little more rough. Then she's too rough... you get the point. It's blatantly obvious that this lady is not a massage therapist. At this point she is rubbing my back (not massaging) in a repetitive motion with one hand the entire time. The whole time I am so uncomfortable and hoping that it's going to be over soon.

I have had many massages and this was by far, off the charts, the worst experience I have ever had. Miserable! Finally, she has me roll over to my back so she can do my arms and legs. No, that's not right. She wants to massage my face! With baby oil! She literally just rubbed my feet now she wants to rub my face? I immediately tell her to stop. Ok now it's time for my arms, maybe this will be somewhat decent. No, that's not right either. She wants to massage my stomach! Yes, my stomach. She takes the towel that was covering my underwear and pulls it up to my boobs so she can rub my stomach. It was uncomfortable and weird and gave me a stomach ache. I have never had my stomach rubbed in a massage before. I asked her to stop that too. That is when I open my eyes and see that THE DOOR IS WIDE OPEN! She left the door open the whole entire time during this horrible massage! There was a worker in there who saw me in my underwear with a towel over my boobs. I immediately shut the entire thing down. I told her to stop. I ended that session right then and there. RED FLAG #6, #7, #8, #9, #10!!!

I handed her my gift card, walked out and didn't say a word. This was the most horribly disgusting experience I have ever had in my entire life. I am appalled. It's no wonder there are no customers in this establishment. I will let anyone and everyone know of this horrific experience any chance I get. I don't doubt that in the next year or so this place will be shut down for good.
