Patient First Primary and Urgent Care - Catonsville

Patient presents with a history of acute migraine. No other medical issues. States she has another migraine without otc relief. All vitals good. Treated here for this condition previously by other physicians with rapid pain relieving medication. However they have a "doctor" Sugden on staff who has the personality of a dead bush and is more concerned with determining if your a drug addict rather than your chief complaint. Shes afraid to take any action or provide any care. Gladly referring you to the local emergency room! Shes a disgrace. Maybe a geriatric private practice office would suit her better, but urgent care is not for her. If shes your "doctor" grab your belongings and run. Urgent care centers are designed to alleviate unnecessary E.R. visits, but this inept failure is why ER's are overcrowded to begin with.

If you go to this facility avoid Dr. Hamida Patel. She is unprofessional, hostile, and not at all concerned with patient care. I had a terrible experience with her on my first visit, filed a complaint with Patient First, and changed my primary care physician to Dr. Zan, who is at the same facility and far more helpful.
