Greater Alleghany Counseling

A friendly, easy going staff with a wide variety of psychological tools at their disposal. They were always stressing that I had the answers within myself and if I was afraid to look at those issues, I could tackle one at a time rather than all my issues at once, but, they stressed that they would have to be faced to move forward and hard "inner work" was the only way through. No touchy/feely woo-woo psychobabble here.
