Ray's Collision

I have towing insurance through progressive. My car broke down some ways from home and we have a 15 mile tow limit. I knew I needed to tow it 21 Mike's and there would be an overage. Progressive contacted rays towing and when they called me, they told me I would need to pay a 15 mile overage. When I asked why itvwas going to not be the actual mileage, the guy told me to shut up and take it, that if I didn't pu the extra he would take my car. Then he threatened me with bodily harm and cussed me out. Don't go here unless you want to get ripped off.

When I damaged my work car by hitting flying debris on the freeway, I turned in a claim and they asked me which shop I wanted to use. I didn't know, so I asked if we worked with anyone in Castle Rock and they gave me the name of two shops. I chose Ray's because it was closest to my residence. When I got the car back, it looked brand new. You can't tell it was damaged at all and they washed it and even detailed it! Great service! They even send emails during progress so you can see where they are in the process. I would definitely recommend Rays.
