Reed's Automotive & Custom Exhaust

The people at Reeds automotive are perhaps the coolest mechanics I've ever met in my life. I was in Casper on business working on the highway when my right rear trailer wheel started making some squeaky sounds and figured it was a wheel bearing. So I started searching the Internet for people that would be able to help with this problem.
After getting a not so stellar reception from a competitor, next on the list was Reeds. I called on a Saturday, little did I know they aren't open on Saturday, but as luck would have it they answered anyway.
After discussing the problem for a sec with Wayne, he said bring it in on Monday first thing and I'll have it ready before lunch.
They did, just as Wayne stated. When I walked in the office I was astounded at all the trophys and awards on the wall... I knew without a doubt I was in the right place.
These guys are a cut above the rest. I highly recommend taking any car problem to these guys at Reeds.
They also build trailers and custom exhaust, and a lot more than just that.

I wanted a simple oil change. They took advantage of me big time. Charged me $131 and added useless things like "window wash". Terrible experience.

Rented RV repair. They lie to their customers! - big time! While the company we rented from was told the RV is ready to be picked up within 15 minutes, when we arrived (9 people), we were told that it will take 4-5 more hours. We were totally shocked - 6 children with us and no place to go, no car, couldn't make it to our reserved camping place that day. When we asked why our rental place was told the car is as good as ready, the manager came and said "oh we always say that it takes 4-5 hours, so the customers don't bug us - it will actually take only 2-3 more hours. You know, we have to take the whole motor out...". While I am calling our renter, who is then calling the manager, we see our RV being driven down the street. And suddenly we could have our car back. Now somebody explain that to me. Did they need time to go through our belonging, which of course were in the RV? Did they plan to use it for a joy ride? Or are they simply incompetent and look at their customers as an annoyance?

Fantastic attitude! when i was leaking oil from the oil filter adapter on the 460 engine of my Motorhome. Their attitude is fantastic.
