At the time you wrote this review there were many mitigation companies, and five PuroCleans operating in the area, so assuming you did indeed use our PuroClean you can be assured your home was dried correctly. We take drying out water seriously, and if you had a water loss on the scale you describe it is important to dry the affected areas properly, to prevent further damage, and to prevent mold development. This means drying for a sufficient time, and in areas often inaccessible without removing flooring or drywall. We at PuroClean Disaster Response Services follow industry standards in billing, and a deductible is a deductible. A deductible is an amount owed by you for services, and the Insurance company pays the remainder, if there is any. This is similar to other types of insurance, for example medical insurance, when you have a deductible. We do not charge any down payment. I am sorry if this was not adequately explained to you at the time of service. We also use industry standards on pricing, pricing is not arbitrarily assigned based on a persons situation.
