When I first purchased the deal for this service I was excited to have my hardwoods cleaned.



The first warning I had with this service was when I called to make the appointment. I left a message with my information as instructed by the message. When I did not receive a call, I decided to call again only to get yelled at for calling again. I was told that they would get to me when they had a chance.



The day of the actual service was no better. The whole time I felt like I was getting scolded. When I refused to have all of my floors cleaned for an extra cost, I was told that they would not do anything. It was all or nothing.



The owner has NO Customer respect or service, he has no idea how to retain customers, or that this business has a huge word of mouth potential. He is extremely rude, pushy and impossible to deal with.



I would hate to deal with him if anything went wrong, I am sure he would make it impossible.



Stay clear of this service!!!!
