Jiffy Lube

I went for a state inspection for my vehicle at this location on Sept 24, 2015 since it is near to my office. This was my first ever inspection since my car is new. I called up before going and I was told that it would take only 15 mins and since my car is new it would only involve safety inspection. When I reached there, I was asked to wait in the waiting room for about 35 mins. After the inspection was done, the lady called me up to the reception for payment. She was not polite at all. When I saw the bill, it was $10 more. They had charged $10 as tint test fee. This was not told to me before they took my car for inspection. Since it was my first inspection I was not aware for this fee. When I asked what does that test mean, she was very rude and was not willing to answer. I asked again and then she said it is for verifying that tint is correct. My point is this should have been told to me before starting with the inspection. Overall I wasn't happy with the treatment I received at this Jiffy Lube location. I don't think I am ever going to visit this location again and would be suggesting my friends and colleagues not to go there either.
