FastMed Urgent Care in Cary on Cornerstone Dr.

Horrific experience. Rudest, disinterested front desk and nursing staff I have ever encountered at a medical facility. Inept, nonchalant clinical staff. Very unprofessional, will not be returning.

I went to see dr for 2 issues I saw dr Jeffrey Anderson he was very rude and didn't take care of my issues wasted time money etc

We have visited this facility twice in the past 12 months. The first time was for an injury (a metal object was stuck into the bottom of my daughters foot). The care was fantastic! They were patient and caring. They took xrays to locate how far the object was in and then decided if they could remove it or if I needed a referral to the ER. They far exceeded my expectations on that visit. The other was for a sinus infection, that they treated quickly and efficiently with an in and out time of 1/2 hour.

The billing is accurate and the fees are reasonable. No double billing or unknown charges, which I so often see in medical billing.

On my last visit I inquired about primary care services. We will also be transferring our daughters records here for their primary care.

We recently moved to Cary and had not yet selected a primary care provider. My daughter became sick and, remembering the "Urgent Care and Family Practice" sign I saw on High House Rd., we took her to the clinic. The staff was very friendly, the facility looked clean and brand new, we didn't wait very long, and, most importantly, Sue Horlick gave us great care. I was happy to learn that Sue also accepts family care patients and I think we've found our provider. We were releived to find a great care provider on our first try. We'll be back!
