This is a great clinic! The staff are very knowledgeable and showed great compassion for our fur baby. They gave us several options for treatment and we thought it was very nice how they showed us the exact costs for each treatment so we know ahead of time how much each will be. They took great care of her and called to update us on her condition during and after surgery. We were very pleased with the love and care they show, and definitely would recommend them. I feel like the knowledge and expertise of the Veterinarian and staff is what helped our girl to do well in surgery and heal 100%. We cannot thank them enough for taking care of her.

They handled our situation with care and consideration with the utmost professionalism. We were seen promptly for our dear beagle's health emergency. Appropriate tests were prrformed and clear explanations given. We ended up needing to put him to sleep, which they also handled wonderfully. We received his ashes as well as a tuft of hair and a paw print for rememberance. I feel that their prices are also very reasonable. Although an unpleasant situation for our family, I highly recommend them.

I could not be more grateful for the care and enormous compassion of Dr. Rebecca Moland at the Animal Emergency Clinic of Cary. She saw my beloved cat, Sasha, three times in one week and when Sasha continued to deteriorate and it came time to let her go, Dr. Moland was beyond gentle and kind. I will be forever grateful. If the Clinic had regular pet well care, I would bring my kitties to them for everything!

I can not say enough good things about Dr Shults. She helped extend the life of my special dog. We were a pet therapy team and with Dr. Shults help we were able to visit with young kids, college students and work with the USO. Her and her entire staff truly love all the fur babies that visit there, and have a tremendous kindness and compassion with talking to the parents and in the care of the patients. Thank you for all you do!

My 16 year old dog was having a lot of health issues and it became evident that he needed to be put down in the middle of the night after waking up in pain. The staff was kind, compassionate and professional. The vet spent a lot of time with us and let us spend as much time as we needed with our precious dog. It was a sad time, but they could not have done a better job helping my dog and family through this difficult process. I highly recommend this clinic and its caring staff.

The staff was so friendly! The doctor amazing! My 6 month Matlipom broke his leg, snapped like a chicken bone! :( Doctors fix him right up with some crazy awesome external screw device so his bones could fuse back together. It's been 3 months since the screw device was removed. My puppy JUMPS like a jumping bean! Like his leg was never broken. Thank you so much for fixing my puppy so he can have a full, strong doggie life!

From the moment I first made the call to inquire about the health concern of my dog, i was greeted warmly and with a great deal of compassion and consideration. I cannot say enough about this organization. I wish they were my regular veterinarians, never have i been in a place that cared so much about the pet's mom (ME!) as well as my special dog. Five stars is not enough. They made my experience as easy as they could, explaining in great detail so i could proceed with my decision pertaining to care. No better care available.

amazing. My puppy went into heat 2 weeks before her appointment and I felt so uncomfortable and the SWEETEST lady (sorry forgot her name) spoke to me for 30 minutes and reassured me everything was okay and got me in an appointment in just two days. It was really amazing that she was so kind and helpful. Thank you all so much!

When my puppy suffered a cut across his nose from a grooming accident, the vet at The Emergency Clinic was very professional and compassionate. She took the time to explain the needed procedure, cost and expected outcome. The stitches to repair his nose were very well done and the puppy is healing well. His haircut/shave was quite embarrassing from the groomers. Thank goodness that the staff clipped off some of his long straggler hairs while he was getting his stitches.

Super friendly, really great with our dog, quick to figure out the issue, and work on a remediation plan. Can't beat 24hrs and was surprised it wasn't as expensive as I thought it was going to be.

The Emergency Animal Clinic of Cary took amazing care of my beloved dog Vivi. She had severe heatstroke during the day and came to the emergency clinic for intensive overnight care. They took excellent care of her and I called literally every hour all night to check on her, and each time, someone took the time to assure me that my baby was alright, and how she had been doing since the last time I called. They *never* got tired of me calling or made me feel like an imposition. I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic to anyone with an emergency. The vets and techs are top notch!

On the 4th of July my little chi (Zed) ate one of my Cymbalta. The Pet Poison Control line told he needed to be taken to a vet to induce vomiting. I called the Animal Emergency Clinic of Cary, provided them the details from animal control, and let them know I was on my way. As soon as I arrived, they were ready to take Zed back and take care of him. After they got him to throw up the meds, the vet talked to me and did a great job explaining further treatment options and letting me know what symptoms I needed to keep an eye out for. I was at the clinic for a total of about 2.5 hours -- which for an emergency room on a holiday is very good! I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who has a pet emergency.

We took a stray kitten that had gotten injured in traffic to Animal Emergency Clinic and they were extremely helpful and caring. At first the fear of internal injuries made his prognosis poor. When he made it thru the night, they helped with finding out from the surgeons next door that although surgery (expensive!) was recommended it was not absolutely necessary. The poor kitten had a broken leg, hip, damaged tail and paws. He has since healed completely and did not need the tail amputated and has no limp. You would never know he was so close to not making it. His name is now Gandalf the Grey and is growing into a huge and hyper cat, 5.5 lbs at only 3 months!

Mr. Puddy was a very sick cat when we got to Animal Emergency Clinic of Cary. The diagnosis was swift and accurate. In addition to caring for Mr. Puddy, they also were also sensitive to my needs and concerns and kept me fully informed about the his treatment and his progress. Mr. Puddy returned home after five days and the hospital staff followed up for some time after. I have to say that for all the around the clock care and treatment, the cost was a bargain! THANK YOU FOR THE CARE AND FOR CARING.

I had a great experience when taking my two corgis in for a visit. I did not have an emergency but my regular vet was closed for the day. Everyone here was very polite, kind, and took great care of my dogs. My main concern is always that my dogs are loved and as comfortable as they can be when at the vet, and the staff made sure to do just that. I would definitely come here again for any emergency or after-hours needs!
