McDonald's

Stopped at this McDonald's for breakfast, used drive thru. Just not up to par. We had a store bogo coupon for breakfast platters. So my sister ordered what she thought was with pancakes. But after a seven minute drive back to house and she didn't look at order because she seen the butter and syrup. But there were NO PANCAKES!! So I called and was told they had two platters one with or without them, whoever answered the phone was distracted talking to other people but still help me with my compliant. So after another 7 minute drive back to McD's and waiting in drive thru they gave us the pancakes. So now we have cold eggs and sausage and biscuits and hash browns. So why didn't they just replace the whole order??? You could not even read the receipt to see who was at fault. And they want you to do a survey but this is the 4th or 5th receipt without legible reading we have gotten in the past week. Get it together people! These days their food quantity is getting smaller portion's and bigger cost. No more 2 for 1.00 hash browns. Not happy with McDonald's which is our go to place daily for quick meal. Not anymore. Huge disappointment. We are getting a Hardee's soon. So maybe pork chop biscuit will be our next in a hurry go to eatery. But I gave them a 3 star review because they at least gave us hot hotcakes.

Like most Mickey D's, the food is fast, hot, and mediocre. However, the grandkids love it.

Be careful of this McDonal's. I found a glove in my salad and they didn't even want to refund my money!
