Applebee's

This place is a freaking joke. We have been here one hour and still no food 🤬. This place just needs to close it’s doors.

This is the most inconsistent place I have ever gotten food. Being a "ToGo" customer about once a week for the past year it has finally gotten to the point that I am giving up on this location. In the last 2 visits I have received an order of Chopped Chicken salad without the chicken and then have an order come out in what looked like a side order container. There has been a couple of times they have not had the salad dressing for my order. And it seems like the quality of same items is different every time I go. I have talked to management several times and they do not seem to care about the service being provided by their people. The past 2 times Jason has come to deliver my order but not worried about giving an explanation or comment of the problem which occurred. I actually told him that the consistency has gotten so poor that I will look for another place to be getting my meals and had no reaction. We enjoy the food,but will not return to this location in Cartersville, Ga.

Worst customer service I've ever had. Had to send back 2 meals because the chicken wasn't cooked and when they brought it back it was still pink. Leah the manager came to the table and I showed her it was still pink. She tells me that she's a master chef and it was cooked the right amount of time and says she took off $8. Off the bill. Didn't ask for that to be done, just wanted my food to be cooked so I could have eaten there, but I had to bring it home so I could finish cooking it. I've never had a manager argue with me the way she did. Very disappointing!!

the service was great, but the food is not so good some stuff comes out good, but like the steak, it tasted like it was heated up in microwave, dull and bland . The veggies are either not cook enough or wilted looking, especially the spinach and tomatoes. The hosts seem to be not happy when u come in, no personality. The young woman waiting on us was great! Jordan? Help my mom pick something out for to her taste, not much to choose for seniors. and i use to love Applebees!

I ordered a steak here and it was god-awful. However, to the credit of their local manager, they brought me another one. It was much better but not worth the price. We have ordered burgers, and appetizers here and they were pretty good.
