Great service. The driver was funny, amicable, and more than helpful. I certainly would recommend.

I called a day in advance for a ride to the airport the following morning. The operator seemed distracted so I had her repeat my reservation several times to ensure that I would have a ride. The following morning I waited in front of my apartment and no cab showed. When I called the cab company to check status, they said they had no record of me making such a reservation. To make it worse, they said they didn't have any cabs available for two more hours. I had no choice but to drive to the airport and pay for long term parking. I am disappointed with the (lack of) service and will not be calling City Taxi again as I know I cannot count on them.

Great service, prompt and courteous. The driver was friendly and took a direct route. I would definitely use them for all my Omaha cab needs!

This Taxi company has been on time and polite every time

This company takes tremendous pride in Customer Service. Although, they were unable to provide taxi service to me because of Nebraska transportation laws, they took great pride in making sure that I found transportation to the airport and followed up to ensure it happened. The "locally" owned and franchised taxis were rude and extremely unhelpful and could care less about the customer or their needs. They need to have some healthy competition and definitely need training in Customer Service and dealing with the public. The State of Nebraska needs to change their requirements for taxi licensing, so businesses who want to provide good service to their customers can have an opportunity to do business in the metro Omaha area.

This company was to helpful. Even though I was out of their area, they helped me find a cab company that I could call, Their customer service was and hospitality was wonderful!

I am 18 years old and I just moved to the Council Bluffs area for college. Right now, I live on campus and I have no vehicle. When I tried using the Metro bus service I just got confused. Plus, the bus schedules always seemed to conflict with my classes. I have friends on campus, but none of yhem have working cars either. Just my luck!! I needed to go to the store to get groceries and a few must-have things like toilet paper. Also, I had been coming down with a cold and was desperate to get my prescriptions filled so I could get healthy! This made me wonder how much it would cost to take a taxi there and back. I began calling different taxi services in the area.. prices ranged from $12 - $19 for one way.. which really meant $24 - $38 fro the entire trip. This was way over my estimated price range and overall budget. I called the last taxi service in the area, City Taxi, with little faith that I could afford it. The man who answered the phone was really polite and after explaining my situation made me a deal. He told me to call back with the lowest price and he would let me know if he could beat it. He did! I was so relieved that I was going to be able to get the things I needed. Once I got to the store he waited for me to finish shopping so I wouldn't have to worry about waiting on another driver to pick me up. I thought this was really nice of him! This was my first time using a taxi service, and overall I would say it was a wonderful and pleasant experience. I will definetly use this service again as well as reccommend them to all of my friends who live here on campus!! They should be number one on yellowpages list of results because they are fantastic!!!!
