Villa Siena Apartments

Avoid this place at all costs, especially if you're a woman. I have been followed through the complex, male residents have tried to "hug" me (weird), and my neighbors would slip notes under the door.

No matter how clean I kept the apartment and my kitchen there were always cockroaches. I think this was due to the lack of insulation (hello huge summer electricity bill).

My biggest pet peeve is that I specifically requested to be present for the final walk through because I refuse to be charged for things that I am not responsible for. When I arrived this afternoon for my SCHEDULED walk through I was told that the walk through had already been completed and that everything "looked fine". Alright, well I specifically asked to be present and was told that if anything were to change that I would be notified via phone. This leasing office is beyond incompetent and has no spine when it comes to addressing resident issues.

Avoid this place at all costs! I moved here because I enjoy running outside and Villa Siena is located next to a lovely park. Unfortunately this part is filled with vagrants as the sun begins to set and there is always litter due to the large Mexican families that constantly cook out or have parties. Clean up after yourselves!

I could go on and on but I will save that for when I submit a report to their management group.

I'll been leaving at Villa sienna apt for almost 3 years already very friendly management if u ever have any issue they always try to help... it's a great friendly place to leave... I will highly recommended.

This place is a disaster. They do a well enough job presenting a clean, and friendly location. They'll be sure to continually highlight their proximity to the park schools etc. Their front office is well decorated and maintained. But, for your sake, please do not be fooled by this. My uncle was put through hell here. There were small roaches every where when he moved in. Please note they did not lease him the unit he toured. Additionally, they constantly told him he was lying and would not help with the pest problem even after repeated attempts. Then, last year before Christmas when his mother came to visit him one evening, her car was towed in less than three hours. After talking to some of the other tenets, they said the office attendants have an arrangement with a towing service. Merry Christmas to them indeed. Additionally, the bathroom doesn't have moulding they painted a "baseboard" with brown paint. Regular Ac/heater problems. What finally broke the camel's back and inspired me to write this unsavoury review is that they don't pay back deposits. I would recommend any where but here... That is, Unless you enjoy bugs and vermin, because they walk on two legs here.

I don't recommend these apts every time something beaks down they take forever to come fix it I have to keep calling the office. Plus they are full of roaches everywhere.

I have lived here for five years and I have not had any problems. The management has been friendly and the maintenance staff has been efficient. I feel safe in my apartment and plan to live here for years to come

The people that work here really dont know what they are doing. When you call for something that needs to be fixed it takes them days to get to you. If you have a issue with anything they always dont know the answer and say they will get back to you and never do. They charge super outrageous rent for apartments that look good on the outside but have many flaws inside.
