We have known Jim Otto for 15+ years. He's trustworthy and never tries to oversell you on anything. When I was pregnant with twins in the middle if a Texas Summer our a/c went out. Jim was over to our house as quickly as possible and had us a new unit for a much better price than anyone else had quoted us. Jim is a wonderful family man who we will always trust!

Used this guy for 16 years until recently. I called with Ac problems and was told he was on vacation (in texas summer) After a few days I decided to contact him and ask for a referral on the unit he installed. I received rude text back saying open a phone book! wow! i simply wanted a referral!



Another AC guy looked at it and laughs as he peels DUCT TAPE off the unit where it goes into my house! That certainly doesn't seem up to code! I never checked the work because i trusted him a d used him for so long. He sold me a Mexican made unit telling me its the only one that will work with my coils. The unit had to be replaced after a couple of weeks which is why now that I see the shotty Job He did with duct tape and never following up on my supposed freon leak (which is what probably ruined my first unit) I WILL NOT USE HIM AGAIN! I received a rude text back saying "don't pin this on me!" Well sir I'm sorry I can pin it on you since you used duct tape and never followed up on my leak. After 16 years of service to me and my family I must say I'm so disappointed in his work ethics or lack thereof.
