All Creatures Pet Care Center

I boarded my 2 cats, Baby and Azreal, here over Thanksgiving. I requested that Azreal be groomed in addition to their check up and vaccinations. Upon retrieving my kitties, no one mentioned anything bad happening or any problems they had. After dinner that night, my fiance sat down with Azreal and discovered 2 large bloody scabs: one on his inner thigh and the other...lets just say it looked like they tried to re-neuture him. Azreal was sedated for the grooming, or at least they charged me for sedation. I will never take either of my animals back there. Azreal could end up with an infection from the cuts and they didn't have the decency to inform me.

I travel ALOT for my job and so I liked that I could board my Min Pin with the same doctor that provides his care. He has a bad leg from an old injury and the staff here is always so patient with him. He could get a little nippy and vocal sometimes, but everyone just treats him like a prince. Which to me he is -- a prince that likes to break into the garbage occasionally. The doctors here are really on top of the latest pet information and that impresses me. Especially, when they told me studies have shown they can give some vaccines less often. I don't know if every place would go to all the trouble to tell me the "why" behind what they are doing for my pet.

The vet was thorough and very nice. However, I felt bombarded with information about additional services I didn't need or want at the time. Seemed over priced.
