Pet Supplies Plus

Bought a hamster for my daughter on the 3rd, 7 days later it is dead! we spent 130.00 on it and everything a hamster needs, call and they say they only have a 3 day guarantee! Won't be doing anymore business there! I have heard others claim animals they buy there dies as well!

So must for having a pet store in Carrollton. Last 5 times I went in they had nothing I needed (basic stuff). I went in today looking for a sweater for my yorkie and they didn't have them out yet (according to the cashier). Eventhough PetSmart is in Douglasville, they will be getting ALL of my service.

Thanks so much for putting the pets and people first especially in this hard economy! It's great to see what a wonderful job you're doing for Carroll Co. when the others keep moving in & out not doing the quality work that you do for all your customers on a daily basis. Thanks for being so honest, keeping things friendly while professional, is there anything that y'all can't help someone with? Great prices, great information & thanks for all you do!

I wanted to stop in and thank Mr. Mark Martin (whom I got a chance to meet the other day) for bringing PSP to Carrollton. I love his store and wanted to tell him. When I caught up with him we talked at length about his humanitarian and pet rescue efforts. He told me about the nine weeks he spent in New Orleans right after Katrina (literally, he was there three days after the flood and stayed for nine weeks in a parking lot) and the thousands of animals he helped rescue. I was about in tears.



He really cares about his stores (he has three in GA and AL) keeps them close to his heart. This isn't a big box corporate gig. I like that our hard earned dollars stay in Carollton. I love the selection here and the variety of services the store offers. I won't shop anywhere else.

I was so excited that Carrollton finally got a larger scale pet store. I was so tired of driving to Douglasville to get my Innova. So imagine my surprise when I came in the first time and found that they also had a fabulous groomer there. Ashley has done a wonderful job with my shih tzu. Kudos, Kudos, Kudos!



I gotta tell ya, the store is clean, the staff is friendly and I can one stop shop for all of my doggy needs. Psst...they also double coupons.
