We love the food and the staff were very prompt and very nice. Great prices. We had an amazing time. We will be back, that's for sure.

Today we went there for Sunday lunch buffet with our sons grown sons and our grandson. From the beginning we had some pretty bad issues. We arrived around 1:30, it wasn't really busy, after lunch. We promptly gave our drink order and went to the buffet. First off, I order unsweetened tea and sweeten it with Splenda, etc. I always have to ask several times for sweetener. When my son's drink arrived, it had a bug or gnat floating in it. After several attempts to get the waitresses attention, he approaches her with the issue. He simply asked for another glass of tea. Right then I wish we would have simply walked out. Instead of getting him a new glass, the waitress dumps his glass out, refills it with ice and tea and brings it to the table Gross with a capitol G. Hhe states to her "You didn't give me a new glass." Her reply "oh should I have?" IT HAD A BUG IN IT, DUH!
She gets him a new glass, all the while AGAIN forgetting my sweetener. My husband picks up a plate, fills it with food, only to discover the plate was dirty. As we are eating, we are overlooked several times, but non of us wanting to make a scene, we finish our meal, tip the waitress, pay the check and leave.
Most places have good days and bad days, but it is what you do to correct the situation that counts. I then realize it is not fair to not let the manager know, so he could possibly fix the issues. I was not looking for a freebie, because I am grossed out of the place and do not wish to eat there again, free meal or not. I get home and call back up there. It was mid afternoon and not a busy time. I get the manager on the phone, start to tell him what had just happened. After being put on hold, I again explain what happened and he was a total jerk about the whole event. He even went as far as to accuse me of not telling the truth, wow. Had I been a manger, I certainly would want to know if my wait staff was acting in such a manner.
I may be picky, but in this situation, I highly doubt it.

We got what we paid for here. For two adults and one kid it cost us 20 for their buffet. I will say it wasn't worth much more than that. It wasn't bad food, but I have had better buffet’s

Their food is exceptionally good, yet when ordering out they can tend to be on the rude side. The man who takes your order when you order for delivery can tend to be a jerk, but otherwise great place, with great food!
