Long story short I dropped a deer hide off on 01/30/2015. I was told it would be ready in September. I called at the end of September and was told it would be November or December. This continued every few moths for just short of two years. Finally in November of 2016 it was ready to be picked up and I only found this out because I called. Never once did North American Taxidermy call me to update me on the status of my order. When I went to pick up my order the owner was rude and billigerent. He yelled at me for calling to check on my order after he told me it would be ready and he never called me. He said they had some delays and problems with the company they ship the pelts to. I tried to calmly explain that if he would have just called me to tell me that I would have understood but he told me it was not his responsibility to call me to tell me that. He was then angry with me because it took me 15 days to pick up my order when it took him 2 years for him to complete my order that he said would be done in 6 months. I have never had a business owner be so rude and inconsiderate. I have heard from multiple other people that they have had issues with North American Taxidermy taking a very long time to complete projects that they were promised much earlier.
