In 2003, Dr. Pick received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA with high honors, Magna Cum Laude. While at Palmer, Dr. Pick was the student president of the Iowa Club, instructed physical therapy classes, and was a Sports Injury and Rehabilitation intern. He completed his undergraduate work at Simpson College and the University of Iowa.
