        In April I had Sheperd's Heating and Air service my unit for the summer. Mark performed the service and warned me that the unit being 14 years old had a very limited life left. He put together a proposal and planned on installing it in June. I called them in the beginning of June and informed them that I would be back here in Kure Beach at the end of June ( I live up north and my condo here is our vacation home).

        They informed me that they would install the compressor and air handler prior to my arrival. True to their word, and without even a down payment, they installed the unit several day prior to my arrival. The unit is great.

        I had one concern, that was quickly resolved and would highly recommend this company for anyone needing either service or another complete unit.

        Incredible company with great people. Mark came out over the weekend to fix someone else mistake. I highly recommend this company.
