Happy Paws Pet Resort Inc

I had the opportunity to see the true colors of the owners of Happy Paws today. Today I was on my way back into town after boarding my dog here for 2 nights. Upon my arrival I was greeted by the male owner who stated to me in a very rude manner that "for future reference we close at noon on Saturday". He complained that I was making him late for a meeting (sounds like poor planning on his part because I looked at my watch and saw that it was 12:05). We had also called ahead to let them know we were running a little late. We have brought our dog here approximately 100 times prior without being late to pick him up EVER. We have poured approximately 2,000 dollars into this company. Apparently our loyalty was worth throwing away over 5 minutes. It is too bad because I thought we had a good relationship with the people there. I am glad I got a glimpse into their true personalities and I will make it my duty to spread the word that the people that work here are inconsiderate, unproffesional, and just plain ....



By the way, the positive review on here and other websites by "Petlover" is an employee of Happy Paws reacting to the news that I was going to leave a bad review.

My dog loves this place. They remember him, offer lots of activities, plenty of staff. Great place!
