Mr. Shilling represented me in a recent home sale. More than one of my calls to his office went unreturned for days. I had to call the town myself and tell him what one of the local rules was regarding who pays for a certain inspection. I do not feel like I was actively represented by this attorney, despite paying him his full fee for the services I received. I would not use him again if I still lived in the area.
