Party City

They have a great selection of party supplies and costumes, but the service is fair at best. The staff is nice but not friendly and rarely prompt in acknowledging your existence. Specifically they are typically congregated in one area but not quick to get to a register if people are waiting or a line is forming. (Notice I'm not saying "open an additional register", they're not usually manning the one that's open).



The last two times I've been there, I have had trouble getting someone to help us at the register and when I find someone the reply both times was a huffy.."we'll be there soon".



Again, they're nice enough once you get them to the register, but don't count on this store for a fast in/out pick up of supplies. Every trip takes at least 15 min, even if you find what you need right away...the register takes a minimum of 10 min but usually more.
