        real time saver

        in the past I used to shop around with mortgage brokers who were tied to one company (National City, Citimortgage, Countrywide) to find the best rates and make them compete, then I found Terry Shaw at MortgageQuest, he can do the shopping around on my behalf, save me a lot of time, and find a better rate than I could find on my own with hours and hours of effort.
