Stone Tile Depot

What an excellent place, the put all the Floors in my now apartment at a great price and on time. we had the association on top of us but this company save us from a penalty fee and we now have everything on order and i am a very happy customer and will recommend my family and friend to Stone tile depot.

These folks sent me a defective sample (with one tile missing) and would not take any kind of responsibility for it because it took me longer than 3 days to call. Also, they promised me a credit due to an error on their website that overcharged me by $23, but then they wouldn't actually issue the credit until a long phone call pointing out the need for merchants to keep their word.

Unfortunately, I know the supplier very well it is Marble Systems. The items that don't sell in the showroom are sold at this website for less. Customer service is very bad and their answer against a complaint is that you purchased a "natural stone tile". Stay clear!
