Ken Grody Ford - Carlsbad

I was driving from San Diego to Orange County and while on the I-5 North the engine shuts down with the dash warning Red Triangle and the alert "Stop Safely Now". Luckily it was 7am and I was able to make it to the shoulder and while waiting for the AAA tow I googled and found recall for the issue I just experienced. AAA Towed me to the Nearest Ford Dealer, Ken Grody Ford and the crew there took care of me with the caution that they may need to keep the car overnight if they don't have the replacement parts. Got a loaner and headed on my way. Then just as I was headed home from work, I get a call saying they were able to finish the repairs Picked up my car, no charge. Quick and painless. The crew at Ken Grody Ford turned what I was expecting to be a drawn out unpleasant experience to a...WOW! Experience. Thank you Ken Grody Ford of Carlsbad

I needed a key replacement for my Ford Escape and I contacted locksmiths and various dealers to get an estimate and no one would program my key & remote entry device for less that $130.
I walk into the service department at Ken Grody and Jose Enriquez tells me they can do it for $45. I've never been an advocate of using dealerships as they typically are far more expensive so I was very dubious. Nevertheless, I came back the next day and he took care of the key for me in about an hour. Moreover, he answered several other questions for me and couldn't have been more courteous and helpful. If you have any service needs I suggest talking to Jose!

I am very pleased with my purchase. I wasn't expecting to drive off the lot with a brand new truck but I did because of my salesperson Ryan. He really sold me the truck.

My husband and I went in this weekend to just test drive SUV's. It was our first day looking and we weren't going to make any moves until later this summer. We pull into the lot and were greeted right away by Ryan. He showed us the new 2015 Ford Edge. We knew at that time that it was going to be out of our price range, but since we were only test driving today we thought that we would at least get a feel for the car. After the test drive we went in to talk numbers (again- just to get an idea of what we were looking at for later this summer). They of course came back with something way over our budget. Which we knew was going to happen. We let the sales manager, Shane, know this and let him know that it that was more just a browsing day. He ended up coming back with an offer on a new 2014 Edge that was really good, but again not something that we were willing to do at the time. This happened a few times until Shane came back with an offer that was too good to pass up.

Me and wife were deciding on buying a new vehicle and weren't sure on what to get. We went to over 6 dealerships and still we were up in the air, until finally we found the car we wanted. Yeah it was 80 miles away but we decided to call and find out more information on the vehicle. So we called ken grody and got in touch with Ian scheonberger and immediately we got along, he wasn't the type of salesman to put pressure on you. He told us to come down and he would be able to help us, so we did. Ian was so helpful and really gave us a deal, he worked with our finances and made it possible for us to get the car. I highly recommend going to ken grody and speaking with Ian. Also everyone at the dealership including jerry and the other finance manager with the facial hair. Overall great place to buy a car and I will definitely be working with them in the future. Thanks guys

I was definitely satisfied with the servicing of my 2014 F-150 truck under the supervision of Dennis Ziegler and will schedule my next service at your facility in the future. Dennis kept me informed and made sure my concerns were addressed immediately. He also took care of a "My Key" issue that Escondido Ford would not discuss. My only issue would be that the time I scheduled was extremely busy (10am on a Friday) and I found entering the service line was a little chaotic.
