Carleton Farms Landfill

As a long time patron of this site i can firmly say that at carleton farms they provide the most professional and effecent experiance for disposing of waste. The other reviewers i feel has bad experiences because of their inexperience in the waste industry and lack of common sense. The employees here are more than helpful and know how to respond to difficult situations. As a driver time is of the essence. This location provides quick service at unbeatable prices.

When I got up to the entrance, no one was at stand, but since online they say you do not need a pass to dump until 5 'o clock, I decided to o along and do it myself. On my way out, a lady was waving her arms and screaming at me asking what I was doing. I showed her my drivers license to show her I was a resident. She yelled at me with a horrible attitude, "Now, I know you've been here 5 or 6 times and you know you need a pass." This was my first time ever being there, and I explained that to her. She grimaced and said she was going to take my information and find out and if I was lying, she would make sure I wouldn't be aloud to come back. Of course, she couldn't find anything. She told me I still needed a pass, but I tried to explain what their websites says, but she wanted nothing to do with me apparently because she cut me off and told me that things have changed. I was completely awestruck. I can understand if someone is having a bad day, but there was absolutely no excuse for that

Dave SEEGERT , put me in his vehicle a raced up the landfill at excessive speeds . I asked him to slow down he said no he was busy and I wasn't worth his time. He proceeded to scold me as a child for dumping my trailer in the wrong place after one of his employees explained to me while at top of hill where to dump . The instructions were poor and I thought I was dumping where I was told . He then sped back down the hill I asked him to let me out he did not. I had to jump from the moving vehicle . I would gladly pound his face as I'm no child nor do I deserve the treatment I have received . I have tried to contact several superiors of his I am expecting an apology and reprimand for this guy David Seefert. I will try to handle this in a civil way . I plan to file charges for wreck less endangerment . I would expect more from a man in his position. Pretty bad when you have to jump from a moving car. Apparently a customer who lives in the area is not worth his time.
