I had a great experience and was pleased with the whole process. They keep their vehicles very clean and make sure everything is right. Their prices are below market but the product and service exceed expectations. I had a small problem after I bought a truck from them nothing broken but just not quite right. I called them about their limited warrantee and that I thought they should take care of this. No argument they said bring it by and we will do it while you wait. I was in and out in an hour totally satisfied. Don't let the industrial park atmosphere in capital heights keep you from visiting this gem of a used car lot.

I was in the market for a truck or large SUV - could not decide on which one so I test drove at least 4 of their trucks. No pressure and they helped walk me thru what works best for my needs. And at the end they said we provide the information and you have to decide for yourself. They have a lot of patience and they want you to have a good experience and buy a decent product. Wish I could buy all 4 but had to settle for 1. This will be my goto lot from now on. Thank you Hans and Sean and office staff!!

My son and I bought a Dodge 3500 pickup from Red Tag Center in June of 2018 and have been very happy with the purchase. Hans was very honest on the details of pickup when we called ahead. Shawn has great attention to detail and fixed all of the minor repairs we requested. They really stand by their warranty. We used of own financing, the price was great and the purchase process was quick and easy. I would definitely purchase from them again in the future.
